We buy written off cars from auctions, give them a polish, then sell them without declaring the write off to unwitting customers.

Here’s an example below:

We sold this BMW335d X-drive in February 2021.

The customer trusted us as we seemed to be a legitimate car dealer.

However, when the customer then tried to sell the car in July 2024 he was informed that it was registered as a Category N write-off.

This severely affects the value of the car and the likelihood of selling it.

The sale date can be seen as 20/01/2021, approximately 3 weeks before we sold the car on!
